This past week, we had the privilege of attending the Society of Breast Imaging (SBI) Symposium in Colorado Springs, CO.
The event was a fantastic opportunity to connect with radiologists, breast care professionals, and industry leaders, all united by a shared commitment to advancing breast health.

At the iCAD booth, we showcased our latest innovations, partnerships, and celebrated the strides we’re making in AI-powered smarter breast health solutions.
ProFound Detection V4
Radiologists were excited to see the latest performance of ProFound Detection Version 4.0, our newest FDA-cleared solution designed to enhance breast cancer detection.
The response from attendees was overwhelmingly positive. Many radiologists expressed enthusiasm about how ProFound Detection V4 could streamline their workflows and improve diagnostic accuracy, particularly in challenging cases of small, hard-to-find lesions.
The ability to compare ipsilateral views and refine scores based on matching observations was a standout feature that resonated with the radiologists.

Incorporate Prior into AI Analysis
Radiologists were especially excited to see the integration of a prior mammogram into the analysis of a current mammogram.
By displaying both the current and prior AI case scores, along with the date of the prior mammogram, the ProFound Scorecard offers quick and actionable insights, helping them detect breast cancer earlier and with greater precision.
The Prior mammogram can be integrated either through a prefetch option or on-demand option and is configurable based on existing workflows.
