Position Description
This is an individual contributor role within the iCAD Customer Service organization reporting directly to the VP of Service. This is a field position supporting the activities of sales and providing installation and application support to end users.
Responsibilities:
- Install iCAD equipment and provide hands on application training to end users (technologists, radiologists, administrative personnel)
- Provide end user consulting to help the end user fit the iCAD equipment into the clinic workflow.
- Provide sales demo support to iCAD direct sales and reseller network as appropriate.
- Provide backup support to dealers as required.
- Help maintain iCAD demo equipment
- Diagnose problems and process RMA's to resolve
- Maintain knowledge of iCAD equipment and software
- Trade show support
- Applications training tool development
- Demo tools development
- Assist in development of CME Credit courses and provide CME training courses as appropriate
- Contact customer before installation to review network info, training time-line, incidental configuration needs, doctors and key operator schedules, special shipping needs as needed.
- Pre-install site visits as appropriate
- Maintain network, competitors and FFDM system knowledge
- Maintain auditable records
- Assist technical assistance center by fielding customer support calls as appropriate
- Report/escalate customer complaints, system issues.
- Assist co-workers and know when to seek assistance
- Interface with numerous Vendor sales and support personnel
- Provide field service and perform Preventative Maintenance as required
- Extensive Travel Required
Requirements
- Associates degrees in Math/Science and Medical Laboratory Technology
- 3-4 Years Mammography and or Hospital Experience
- Knowledge of Mammography and clinic workflow useful
- CAD knowledge preferred
- Home office environment
- DICOM, networking and PACs knowledge preferred.
- Time management skills
- Work well alone and in a team environment
- Ability to lift objects 50lbs
- Approximately 90% Overnight Travel
- (Access to a major airport is needed as this position travels extensively)
